This set comes in a 6-piece composition and is suitable for everyday kitchen prep. Use each knife according to its shape to prepare vegetables, fruits, herbs, and other suitable foods, following the product instructions.
Choose the right knife for the preparation and work on a stable cutting board. A well-maintained blade and controlled movement make cutting easier, but the result also depends on the food, the cutting board, and the technique used.
Keep your fingers away from the cutting edge and hold each knife by the handle. Do not cut bones, frozen food, or very hard items unless the instructions allow it. Do not force the blade and do not use it as a lever.
Use a stable cutting board and store each knife in a safe place as soon as you finish prep. Keep blades out of reach of children.
Clean the knives with a soft sponge and a suitable detergent, then dry them immediately. Do not soak them and check the instructions before putting them in the dishwasher.
Do not use abrasive products. Remove from service any knife with a damaged blade, handle, or mounting.
Store clean, dry knives in a stable location, with the blades protected and out of reach of children. Do not leave them loose in a drawer and do not transport an unprotected blade.
The product SKU indicates a 6-piece set. Check the exact number of knives, their shapes, materials, and included accessories on the received product and its documentation.
