Place the chosen blade on the grater body, then position the container under the grating area. Food accumulates inside as you grate. Once finished, remove the container to transfer the cheese, vegetables, or other ingredients into your recipe.

Four blades for different textures

• Fine blade: parmesan, pecorino, or comté for pasta, risottos, and soups.
• Medium blade: gruyère, emmental, and semi-hard cheeses for gratins and pizzas.
• Coarse blade: carrots, beets, zucchini, and softer cheeses for salads.
• Slicing blade: vegetable julienne, thin slices, and citrus zest.

Usage and safety tips

1. Assemble the chosen blade onto the grater body.
2. Place the unit on a stable surface and position the container underneath.
3. Guide the ingredient with moderate pressure and controlled movements.
4. Slow down when the piece becomes small.
5. Keep fingers away from the blade during use.

Use the blade best suited to the firmness of the food. Cheese and vegetables should be firm enough to be guided correctly without forcing the tool.

Cleaning and storage

Disassemble the blades after use and rinse them quickly to prevent residue from drying in the mesh. Clean them with a soft brush if necessary.
