A slotted triangular head

The flared head allows you to work with cooked vegetables over a large surface. The slots let some of the moisture drain away while mashing. Place the vegetables in a stable pan or bowl, place the head flat, and press down gradually.

The slotted head assists in mashing cooked vegetables.

A natural wood handle

The wooden handle offers a comfortable grip and gives the utensil a minimalist finish. Hold it firmly and adjust the pressure based on how cooked the food is. Do not force it on hard or undercooked vegetables.

Three colors available

Choose between the White, Black, or Khaki variant. All three colors are offered at the same price and serve the same purpose.

• Potatoes: for homemade mashed potatoes and crushed potatoes.
• Sweet potato and celeriac: to accompany your dishes.
• Avocado: for guacamole or a topping.
• Banana and soft fruits: for compotes and pastry preparations.

Use with sufficiently tender foods.

Instructions for use

1. Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
2. Drain them carefully before mashing.
3. Place the head flat in a stable container.
4. Press down gradually and move the utensil over the surface of the vegetables.
5. Add your recipe ingredients after mashing.

Cleaning and storage

Rinse the head after use to prevent residue from drying in the slots. Clean it with water and dish soap, using a soft brush if necessary. Dry the utensil completely. Avoid leaving the wooden handle soaking in water and do not put it in the dishwasher unless confirmed by the manual or packaging. Hang it by its hook or store it in a dry place.
