Lever-action potato ricer with hopper

This lever-action potato ricer features long handles with a non-slip coating and a hopper to hold cooked vegetables. The perforated grid allows you to work the texture into a smooth puree or a coarse mash, depending on your recipe.

Using the lever

Cook the vegetables until they are tender, then drain them. Place a reasonable amount into the hopper and hold the handles with a firm grip. Gradually operate the lever to control the pressure applied to the vegetables.

The perforated grid allows the mashed vegetables to pass through. Repeat the motion according to the desired texture and the quantity being prepared. For consistent results, avoid filling the hopper beyond its practical capacity and ensure the vegetables are sufficiently tender.
