From countertop to container

Use the board flat to prepare food. Depending on the model configuration, its edges fold up to form a container and make transferring pieces easier. The integrated drain hole can also help drain water when washing vegetables.

Folding makes it easy to transfer prepared food.

Usage

1. Place the open board on a stable surface.
2. Prepare vegetables or fruits with a suitable knife.
3. Gradually fold up the edges when you want to pour the food into a container.
4. If using the basin function, rinse the food then drain the water before starting to chop.

A foldable format that is convenient to store.

Precautions during chopping

• Check that the board is correctly opened and stable before using a knife.
• The surface or gripping points can help keep food in place, but they do not replace careful handling.
• Keep your fingers away from the blade and work slowly when the food becomes small.
• Clean the board separately after handling raw food and before preparing ready-to-eat food.

The board can assist with washing and preparing vegetables.

Cleaning and storage

After each use, remove any residue, clean the surface with water and dish soap, then rinse and dry it completely. Also clean the edges, the drain hole, and the folding areas. Do not place it in the dishwasher without confirmation in the manual or on the packaging. Store it folded, clean, and dry.

Clean and dry the board before storing it.
