Wood care instructions

Hand wash the board with a soft sponge, water, and mild dish soap. Rinse quickly, wipe dry immediately, and allow to air dry on both sides. Avoid prolonged soaking, abrasive products, and the dishwasher, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer.

Do not store the board while still damp and avoid direct heat sources. If the wood becomes dry, use only oil or a maintenance product suitable for food contact, following its instructions. Replace the board if it becomes deeply grooved, cracked, or difficult to clean.
