Select the size that suits your kitchen and habits:

• 35 × 25 cm for everyday cutting.
• 40 × 30 cm for working more comfortably on a generous surface.

The side handles make it easy to grip and move the board. Place it on a dry, stable, and sufficiently clear countertop before starting. For safe use, use an appropriate knife and avoid cutting frozen foods or striking the surface with the blade.

From preparation to serving

After cleaning, the board can also be used as a platter for bread, fruit, cheeses, or appetizers. The available sizes allow you to choose between a discreet format and a surface better suited for generous presentations.

A groove does not necessarily catch all liquids. Wipe up spills quickly and clean the board between different food types. It does not replace proper kitchen hygiene practices.

Wood care tips

Hand wash the board with a soft sponge, water, and mild dish soap. Rinse quickly, wipe dry immediately, and let it air dry completely on both sides. Avoid soaking, abrasive products, and the dishwasher, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer.

Store in a dry place, away from direct heat sources. If the wood becomes dry, apply only a food-safe wood conditioner and follow its instructions. Replace the board if it becomes deeply grooved, cracked, or difficult to clean.
