Three sizes for different uses

The large surface is suitable for bulky preparations, the medium board for routine cutting, and the small size for smaller foods or quantities. This organization prevents you from using a single large board for every task.

A practical surface for everyday use

These synthetic material boards offer a surface suitable for food preparation and are easy to store after use. Their hanging hole allows you to hang them up if your kitchen setup permits. Always use a stable board and an appropriate knife, without forcing the blade.

To limit cross-contamination, assign one board to vegetables and bread if possible, and another to raw meat or fish. Clean the surface between two types of food and after each use. A board does not replace good food hygiene practices.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wash the boards with water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge, then rinse and dry them thoroughly. Check the manufacturer's instructions before placing them in the dishwasher or exposing them to high temperatures. Replace a board if it shows deep cuts, deformation, or a surface that is difficult to clean.
