• Choose the cuts and seasonings that suit your recipe.
• Use it for meats and other ingredients only according to the instructions and the provided accessories.
• Work gradually to maintain a steady and controlled pace.

Usage tips

1. Assemble the grinder by following the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Cut the food into pieces suitable for the feed opening.
3. Insert the pieces gradually and use the provided pusher.
4. Never insert fingers into the grinding area.
5. For raw foods, respect the cold chain and keep utensils separate.

Safety and food hygiene

The grinding components can be sharp. Handle them with care, keep fingers away from the opening, and do not force the mechanism. Wash your hands after handling raw meat, clean surfaces, and use clean utensils to avoid cross-contamination.

Cleaning and storage

Dismantle the removable parts by following the manufacturer's instructions. Clean them thoroughly after each use, dry them completely, and store the parts in a clean, dry place. Do not submerge the components in water and do not use the dishwasher without confirmation from the instructions.
