Instructions for use

1. Assemble the grinder according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Cut food into pieces suitable for the feed opening.
3. Insert the pieces gradually and use the provided pusher.
4. Never put your fingers into the grinding area.
5. For raw food, maintain the cold chain and separate the utensils used.

Safety and food hygiene

The grinding components can be sharp. Handle them with care, keep your fingers away from the opening, and do not force the mechanism. Wash your hands after handling raw meat, clean surfaces, and use clean utensils to limit cross-contamination.

Cleaning and storage

Disassemble the removable parts by following the manufacturer's instructions. Clean them thoroughly after each use, dry them completely, and then store the parts in a clean, dry place. Do not submerge the components in water and do not use a dishwasher unless confirmed by the manual.
