Place the base on a stable surface and choose the blade before starting. Prepare the food into pieces suitable for the opening, then apply steady pressure. Use the holding device provided with the model when included and keep fingers away from the cutting area.
Do not force food that is too large, very hard, or frozen. Never place your hands under the blade and handle the accessories by the designated parts, never by their cutting edge.
Disassemble the parts after use and remove residues with a soft brush or a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and then thoroughly dry the blades and the base before storing. Check the manufacturer's instructions before placing in the dishwasher.
Store both blades in a location that protects their cutting edges, out of reach of children. Do not leave the blades soaking in the sink and ensure they are properly secured before each use. The non-slip base does not eliminate the need to hold the utensil correctly during cutting.
