This manual vegetable slicer comes with five interchangeable 304 stainless steel blades. Depending on the blade installed, it allows you to prepare slices, sticks, julienne, or other cuts provided by the model. Its non-slip handles make it easy to grip during preparation.
Choose the blade suitable for your recipe and verify that it is correctly installed before beginning. The resulting cuts depend on the blade used, the size of the food, and the pressure applied.
Place the utensil on a stable and dry surface. Install only one blade at a time, handling it by the designated areas. Insert pieces of food of a suitable size and push the food through gradually, without forcing.
Keep your fingers away from the blades and use the provided holder, if applicable. Do not attempt to push a stuck piece of food with your hand. Very hard, too large, or frozen foods can damage the blade or the utensil.
Disassemble the parts after use and remove residues with a soft brush or a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry the blades thoroughly before storing. The product title indicates dishwasher compatibility, but check the manufacturer's manual for each part before placing it in the dishwasher.
Store the five blades in a place where their sharp edges are protected, out of the reach of children. Do not leave the parts soaking in the sink and check the condition of the blades before each use. Replace any blade that is deformed, cracked, or poorly attached.
